春暖花开，捷报传来：杭齿集团公司取得“抗疫·复工”新胜利——由技术中心船研所设计、测试所试制的HCAM303型船用齿轮箱于3月16日顺利通过出厂试验，并于当晚专车发往船厂。
HCAM303型齿轮箱是公司精心研制的又一款轻型高速齿轮箱。根据年前走访各大船厂所收集的大量相关设计输入，船研所充分发挥攻坚战斗力，历时一个月完成产品开发。该型齿轮箱采用铝合金箱体、新型纸基摩擦片与内支撑结构设计，倾角齿轮传动形式，具有结构紧凑，体积小的特点。
前期由于疫情肆虐，产品的开发、装配、试验进程都受到不同程度的影响，面临年后员工复工推迟、疫情防控工作紧张、零部件交货周期滞后等种种困难。设计、工艺与试制人员不分昼夜，加班加点赶时间，统筹安排促进度；面对装配和试验过程中出现的一些技术难关，各领域专家同心协力，自始至终都在现场予以及时解决，工人师傅们也是任劳任怨、一丝不苟地反复调试齿轮箱性能……经过10多天装配试验鏖战，终于如期完成了出厂交付。
该产品出厂试验的成功运行，对杭齿更深更广地打入高速艇市场，替代国际知名品牌产品，开拓更广泛的业务领域具有深远的意义；疫情困难下的如期交付，也体现了“杭齿制造”的质量和效率，为企业打赢战“疫”提升了信心。
