搭载“前进牌”齿轮箱的“国内首艘油气电混合动力内河船”来了

日前，搭载杭齿“前进牌”混合动力输入船用齿轮箱的国内首艘油气电混合动力“新长江26007”轮船顺利完成试航工作。该轮船的成功试航，为内河流域船舶LNG动力改造提供了有力借鉴，也开启了我国LNG清洁能源在散货船舶的应用序幕，贯彻落实了“生态优先、绿色发展”，对长江生态环保建设具有重要意义。
“新长江26007”是打造绿色长江的典型示范船。改造前，该船舶采用传统燃油主机推进方式；改造后，该船成为国内首艘以LNG主机发电提供绿色动力，油电混合动力输入的绿色环保船舶。
杭齿混合动力齿轮箱系列齐全，覆盖功率范围100-6500kW。配套该船的HC1200/1P齿轮箱主传动输入输出垂直异中心，PTI输入采用角向异中心左右机布置，具有结构紧凑、可靠性高、机械效率高、经济性好、使用维护方便等诸多优点。杭齿混合动力齿轮箱将成为LNG清洁能源散货船改造的首选主推进传动装置。
