J2H09型减速器研制成功并顺利通过验收

由技术中心工业所设计、测试所试制的J2H09型减速箱样机于7月14日顺利通过出厂质量评审，并于当日交付。
J2H09型减速器对噪声、承载能力、气密性等方面都有着严格的要求。产品应用了细高齿传动关键技术，通过动态仿真分析确定了齿轮修形方案，在保证可靠性的同时最大限制降低减速器运行噪声。为减小环境噪声对噪声测量的影响，在产品试验时安装了隔音装置。产品技术指标要求噪声不高于65dB，实测为55dB，突破了公司齿轮传动装置最低噪声极限。
评审专家听取了J2H09型减速器样机研制工作报告，在公司现场检查了产品外形尺寸和重量指标，产品特殊过程和关键工序控制情况，对试验项目逐条进行了检验确认，对公司产品研制水平和生产组织能力给予了充分肯定。该项目的研制成功，为杭齿与客户在高尖精产品领域的深入合作奠定了坚实基础。
