Recently, the independently developed adjustable propeller propulsion system by HAGG was delivered and put into use, meeting all performance standards and earning high praise from shipowners and shipyards. The product is now being installed on a 66.5-meter twin-deck trawler built by Huanghai Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., and HAGG will subsequently provide propulsion systems for more than 10 additional fishing vessels of this type.
This propulsion system is equipped with a 3,000-kilowatt marine diesel engine and features an overall modular integrated design, delivering high-efficiency propulsion, precise pitch adjustment, and intelligent control capabilities. It ensures balanced axial loads, smooth operation, and timely hydraulic pitch response. The system integrates key components such as controllable pitch propellers, gearboxes, shaft-driven generators, hydraulic systems, and advanced propulsion control systems, enabling optimized matching of vessel speed and towing power. With multiple operational modes, the product is ideally suited for diverse applications, including trawling operations, resource surveys, and fishing gear testing.
