HAGG High-Precision Gear Testing Center Successfully Passes CNAS On-site Assessment

Recently, the HAGG High-Precision Gear Testing Center successfully passed the re-evaluation and scope-expansion on-site assessment organized by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (hereafter referred to as CNAS).
The review panel of experts, in accordance with relevant requirements such as CNAS-CL01:2018 "General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories," systematically evaluated the laboratory's management system operations as well as its technical capabilities in the previously accredited areas of geometric measurements, physical properties, mechanical performance, and chemical analysis. This was done through methods including reviewing documented procedures, inspecting equipment and environmental conditions, conducting on-site tests, and spot-checking records and reports. Additionally, a comprehensive audit was carried out on the newly expanded area of friction materials testing.
After a two-day review and assessment, the evaluation team unanimously concluded that Hangchi High-Precision Gear Testing Center’s management system is operating effectively, and its technical capabilities meet the CNAS accreditation requirements. They agreed to recommend to CNAS that the scope of accreditation be maintained and expanded.
