Description:A high-end wet friction material made by depositing carbon on carbon fiber cloth and bonding it to the core plate. It offers high specific strength/modulus, high fracture toughness, low density, excellent thermal stability, close dynamic/static friction coefficients, wear resistance, and good oil compatibility. With oil/acid/alkali resistance and high dimensional accuracy, it suits wet clutch/braking applications requiring high energy/pressure loads, minimal allowable wear, and superior durability.

Application:Featuring oil-, acid- and alkali-resistance and high dimensional accuracy, the wet C-C friction materials fit wet clutch and braking applications requiring high energy/pressure loads, minimal allowable wear and excellent durability—such as axle differentials, heavy-duty vehicle transmission synchronizers and brakes.

Specifications:
1. Mean dynamic friction coefficient: 0.09~0.10;
2. Static friction coefficient: 0.10~0.12;
3. Energy load: ≤3.5J/mm²;
4. Power load: ≤6W/mm²;
