Product Details
Product Introduction: Semi-metallic friction material is a type of friction material created by mixing raw materials such as thermosetting resins, metal powders or fibers, non-metallic reinforcing fibers, graphite, rubber, and more, followed by hot pressing and curing. It features a high coefficient of friction, low cost, minimal wear on mating components, smooth engagement, and low noise levels. Widely used in various medium- and light-load brakes and clutches.
Application scenarios: Semi-metallic friction materials can be used in high-speed train brake pads, brake pads for various vehicles, clutch discs, and more.
Product specifications:
1. Coefficient of dynamic friction: 0.30–0.52
2. Static friction coefficient: 0.35–0.55
3. Wear Rate: ≤5–20 × 10 -8 cm³/J
