Description：A gear is a wheel-shaped mechanical component that transmits torque through the meshing of teeth; by engaging with other toothed mechanical parts (such as another gear, rack, or worm), it can achieve functions like changing rotational speed and torque, altering the direction of motion, and modifying the form of motion. A flange refers to a device that connects two shafts or a shaft with a rotating part, rotates together during the transmission of motion and power, and does not disengage under normal conditions; it is sometimes used as a safety device to prevent the connected mechanical parts from bearing excessive loads, playing a role in overload protection.
Application：Used in general gearboxes.
Specifications：Maximum machining diameter up to Φ1200mm, machining helix angle ±45°, tooth precision stably reaching GB/T 10095 Grade 5, capable of meeting the requirements of complex tooth surface modification; grinding precision of internal straight hole/tapered hole is IT3 grade, and roughness ≤Ra0.2.
