High-speed, heavy-duty gearboxes successfully developed at Hangzhou Gear Co., Ltd.
Recently, the high-speed, heavy-duty gearbox successfully developed by HAGG has been exported to India and delivered for customer use. This gearbox incorporates sliding bearing and thrust disc technologies, achieving a maximum linear speed of 133 m/s and delivering a power output of 3,200 kW. It features a compact design and boasts impressive high-power output capabilities. The successful development of this gearbox marks another significant step forward for Hangzhou Gear in pioneering new technologies and expanding into innovative gearbox applications.

Recently, the first 1.5MW wind turbine gearbox, developed by Hangzhou ADVANCE Wind Power Gearbox Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of HAGG, successfully passed the acceptance test conducted by Shenyang Yuanda Machinery & Equipment Co., Ltd. This wind turbine gearbox has met all relevant national standards in terms of key technical parameters such as rotational speed, torque, temperature rise, and vibration—and is now ready for delivery to customers.
