HAGG Company Successfully Delivers 10MW Pre-integrated Wind Power Gearbox

Recently, the FZ10000Y wind turbine gearbox, independently developed by Linjiang Company of HAGG, successfully completed all performance tests, passed on-site customer acceptance, and was delivered smoothly.
This gearbox is rated to transmit a power of 10,800 kW and features a rated torque of 13,570 kNm. For the first time in its design, the product incorporates an integrated three-stage planetary gear system combined with a single-stage parallel-axis transmission on the main shaft. Compared to conventional non-integrated wind turbine gearboxes, this innovative design offers advantages such as a compact structure, high torque density, and excellent environmental adaptability, making it highly competitive in the market.
This gearbox is a flagship product launched by Hangzhou Gear in response to the nation's dual-carbon strategy and aligned with the growing trend toward larger-scale wind turbines. It successfully marks a strategic expansion of Hangzhou Gear’s wind turbine gearbox portfolio into the 10 MW-class market, representing a significant milestone. Meanwhile, the successful implementation of this innovative new design has laid a solid foundation for the next phase of lightweighting in the development of future products. Moving forward, Hangzhou Gear will continue to deepen its collaborative research on optimizing both structural strength and lightweight design for large-scale wind power transmission equipment, providing critical technological support to drive the high-quality, sustainable growth of China’s wind energy industry.
