Recently, the China Machinery Industry Federation and the Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineering jointly announced the winners of the 2024 "Mechanical Industry Science and Technology Awards." Two projects from HAGG—namely, "Key Technology Research and Application of High-Power Multi-Speed Automatic Transmission" and "Research and Industrialization of Intelligent-Controlled Low-Inclination Marine Gearbox"—were awarded the Third Prize in the Science and Technology Progress category. This recognition underscores the significant achievements HAGG has made in the field of mechanical engineering.
The China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award was jointly established by the China Machinery Industry Federation and the Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineering. It aims to recognize organizations or individuals who have made innovative contributions to the science and technology fields within the machinery industry, driving technological advancements, and significantly enhancing both economic and social benefits. This award is the only nationally approved prize in China's machinery sector, and it stands as the highest industry-level science and technology award in the machinery industry.
