On June 3, 2024, the HAGG held its mobilization meeting for the "National Safety Month" in the company's multi-functional hall. Attendees included members of the company's leadership team, cadres from both levels, chairpersons of branch trade unions, and safety officers from various departments. The meeting was chaired by Vice General Manager Deng Lin, while Yang Shuiyu, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board, and Zhou Huanhui, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, delivered important speeches.

The theme of this year's Safety Production Month is: "Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond—Keeping Life Paths Clear." Yang Shuiyu emphasized, "We must elevate our perspective and firmly fulfill our primary responsibilities. The heads of each unit are the first individuals accountable for safety production; they should carry out relevant work in accordance with national laws, regulations, and their own annual safety responsibility targets, ensuring that the year's safety goals are achieved on schedule."

Zhou Huanhui stated: "All units are required to effectively carry out the publicity, education, and on-site supervision and inspection activities for this Safety Month. All employees should strengthen their study of operational procedures, organize safety knowledge competitions and emergency drills, and enhance their ability to respond promptly to unexpected incidents. Additionally, it’s crucial to identify potential risk points, ensuring that you have a clear understanding of any hazards. At the same time, we must intensify monitoring of risk sources, with a particular focus on overseeing major hazard areas, thereby guaranteeing that all risks remain under control and fully manageable."

Deng Lin urged that, alongside conducting safety education, emergency drills, and routine supervision and inspections, companies should also thoroughly check equipment, facilities, and fire escape routes. Additionally, proactive measures should be taken to prevent heatstroke, manage summer cooling needs, and prepare for flood and typhoon risks. The goal is to ensure zero work-related injuries, fires, or equipment accidents during the "Safety Production Month" campaign, ultimately achieving the broader objective of fostering continuous improvement in safety practices throughout the year. This will help the company smoothly meet its 2024 safety production targets.
