Hangcha Group Grandly Celebrates the 101st Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China

On the afternoon of July 1, HAGG held a celebration meeting at the company’s cinema to mark the 101st anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. Over 400 people attended the event, including all party members, leaders at both levels, prospective party members, active candidates for party membership, Youth League officials from both levels, and outstanding Youth League representatives recognized in 2021.
At the meeting, Yang Shuiyu, Secretary of the Company's Party Committee and Chairman, delivered an important speech. He summarized the key achievements of the company's Party Committee in 2021: The Party Committee launched a vigorous campaign to educate employees on the situation and tasks for the first half of the year, clearly defining specific responsibilities and ensuring that all tasks were effectively implemented. Meanwhile, everyone worked together toward the company's production and business objectives, achieving notable progress in areas such as enterprise reform, talent development, technological innovation, and project advancement.
For the next phase of work, Secretary Yang put forward three requirements:
Remembering our history of struggle, we remain steadfast in our ideals and beliefs, and continue to uphold and carry forward our fine traditions. The development journey of Hangzhou Gear is a testament to our relentless pursuit of progress—driven by the Party's leadership, constantly embracing new ideas, and boldly pursuing innovation and entrepreneurship. Today, the people of Hangzhou Gear are simultaneously honing their internal strengths, undergoing transformative upgrades, while also deepening reform and strategically planning for the future. As long as we stay true to our convictions and persistently pass on our legacy, we will surely forge new paths to greater success.
Transform mindsets and approaches, proactively keep pace with the times, and build a resilient, self-reliant team for sustainable growth. First, we must shift away from the complacent attitude of being content with the status quo. Break free from conservative mindsets that lead to settling for incremental progress or clinging to stability out of fear of change—and instead, embrace the relentless spirit of self-improvement and the determination to constantly reach new heights. Second, eliminate the mindset of waiting passively for others to act or relying on external support. Instead, dismantle the rigid belief that "everything must be perfectly prepared before taking action," and cultivate a bold, pioneering spirit that dares to explore, experiment, and take decisive steps—fully unleashing individual initiative and creativity. Finally, resist the passive attitude of "doing nothing while hoping for things to work out." Turn challenges into opportunities, transform pressure into motivation, and ensure that every task is executed effectively, fostering a dynamic and forward-thinking environment conducive to positive development.
Uphold the leadership of the Party, deepen Party building, and provide strong political safeguards. We must continuously strengthen the Party's organizational development, enhance branch-level brand-building initiatives, enforce rigorous internal Party organizational life, and innovate activity platforms. At the same time, we need to consistently reinforce ideological education within the Party, staying true to our original aspirations and missions while firmly upholding our ideals and beliefs, thereby continually elevating Party members' sense of political awareness. Additionally, we must persistently reinforce the Party's conduct and disciplinary practices, fostering a culture of integrity, transparency, and positive morale across the organization. Furthermore, we should continuously bolster the Party's talent pool, treating in-depth study of the General Secretary's important speeches and the key directives from higher-level meetings as a vital political task. This includes creatively designing learning formats to boost the initiative and effectiveness of Party members and cadres. Finally, we must comprehensively strengthen the Party's mass organization structures, promoting democratic management within enterprises and cultivating learning-oriented organizations.
Zhou Huanhui, Deputy Secretary of the Company Party Committee and General Manager, chaired the meeting and outlined the following key requirements for implementing the会议精神 (spirit of the meeting): First, ensure thorough communication by adopting multiple measures to effectively convey and promote the会议精神 throughout the organization. Second, adopt a long-term perspective, engage in strategic planning, and vigorously drive Hangchi's "second entrepreneurial journey." Finally, prioritize technological upgrades and capacity expansion, continuously advancing product innovation and modernization.
Hou Bo, Deputy Secretary of the Company Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, read out the "Decision on Commending ADVANCEd Party Branches, ADVANCEd Party Groups, Outstanding Communist Party Members, Outstanding Party Workers, and Active Party Members for 2021." Members of the Company Party Committee then presented awards to the honored representatives.
Li Jun, a member of the Shaoxing Municipal Party Committee's lecture group and Dean of Education at the Shaoxing Municipal Party School, delivered a vivid Party class titled "Unswervingly Advancing the Comprehensive Governance of the Party with Strict Discipline in Depth" to all attendees.
The rally celebrating the 101st anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China concluded solemnly to the sound of the "International Anthem."
