On the afternoon of June 27, 2022, the company held a training session on "Internal Control System—Contract Management," aimed at full-time and part-time contract administrators from various departments within the company, as well as procurement and sales personnel.

Vice Minister Zhang Xiaoming from the Audit and Legal Affairs Department chaired this meeting. Minister Zhang emphasized that contracts are the "vessel of profit" for enterprises, bringing not only opportunities for growth but also numerous risks. The company organized this training session with the aim of helping all departments familiarize themselves with the contract management system and relevant business regulations by reviewing key processes and real-life case studies in contract management. Participants will learn to prioritize thorough review, revision, and communication of contracts before signing, ensure strict adherence to contractual terms during contract execution, and, upon completion, focus on establishing and maintaining comprehensive contract archives. This approach will enhance awareness of contract-related legal risks and strengthen evidence preservation practices. Ultimately, the goal is to build a contract risk management system tailored to our organization, guided by the principles of "prevention beforehand, control during implementation, and remediation afterward."

The training was conducted by Comrade Liu Tianying from the Audit and Legal Department, who provided detailed explanations to the participants. The session primarily focused on key aspects of contract management and critical procedures, drawing from relevant laws and regulations, the company's internal control systems, and real-life case studies. Specifically, it covered five essential areas: "contract formation," "contract performance," "supplementation, amendment, and termination of contracts," "handling contract disputes," and "contract filing and supervision."

Contract management is a crucial aspect of enterprise administration. Effective contract management relies on the close collaboration among all departments. We encourage each unit to continuously strengthen its awareness of contract risk prevention, ensuring preparations are made beforehand, thorough reviews are conducted during the process, and comprehensive evaluations are carried out afterward—providing robust support to drive the company's business growth.
