——The company holds a seminar for directors of the Technology Center

To boost the enthusiasm of R&D personnel and accelerate the development of market-ready new products, the HAGG Technology Center organized a director's seminar on the afternoon of December 27. Attendees included Yang Shuiyu, Chairman of the Board, Party Secretary, and General Manager; Zhou Huanhui, Deputy General Manager; Song Bin, Chief Engineer; as well as leaders from departments such as the Sales Company and the Information Center.

The meeting was chaired by Chief Engineer Song Bin. Attendees engaged in an in-depth discussion centered around the theme "Boosting the Vitality of R&D Personnel and Accelerating the Development of Market-Ready New Products." Participants shared their insights and suggestions on various aspects, including technological innovation, tackling challenges in industrializing new products, enhancing market responsiveness, optimizing project management, strengthening team building, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration. Meanwhile, Deputy Director Wang Shujun from the Information Center delivered a special presentation titled "Collaboration and Sharing: Empowering Designers to Work Smarter and More Efficiently." Director Song expressed his hope that all department heads and experts at the Technology Center would further strengthen team building, promote collaborative design, and improve R&D project management in their future work. He also urged them to expedite the development of customer-order-driven new products while actively pursuing forward-looking and strategically significant research into next-generation innovations.

Chairman Yang fully endorsed everyone's opinions and suggestions, and outlined three key requirements for the company's Technology Center moving forward: First, seize the opportunity presented by domestic substitution initiatives, aligning R&D innovation efforts with market trends and the company's long-term growth strategy. Second, benchmark against leading enterprises, strengthening collaborative design and knowledge accumulation to drive the "three transformations" in product development. Finally, enhance talent pipeline development, fostering mentorship and knowledge transfer to collectively elevate the team's overall capabilities.
