杭齿集团开展六西格玛中期评审会议

9月30日下午，杭齿集团在二楼多功能厅开展六西格玛中期评审会议。公司党委书记、董事长、总经理杨水余，党委副书记、副总经理侯波，副总经理徐桂琴，副总工程师戴宏长、吴明建，总经理助理陈茂齐，杭齿管理学院副院长毕建伟，品质保障部副部长祝雅芳，八个六西格玛项目组成员（包括支持人员）、项目所在单位负责人、六西格玛管理推进小组成员出席会议。
会上，杨董作了重要指示。他指出了六西格玛项目实行中的一些不足，并提出下一阶段的要求：一要端正态度，深刻理解六西格玛的意义；二要加强六西格玛思想、方法论的进一步提升及应用；三要有持之以恒、坚定不移的心态，根据部署安排，将六西格玛引入、落实到工作中；四要再接再厉，把六西格玛方法论成果进行推广。
副总师戴宏长作会议小结并提出了下阶段的重点工作：八个项目要继续不间断完善、推进，努力完成今年的任务，同时也要开始谋划明年的项目。他还分享了对六西格玛的理解：它是一个工具，是一种方法，是一种思辨哲学，要努力寻找现有的不完善数据并完善之。
李金校、师诺、尹垚炯、陈钰尘、周忠泉、周萍霞、沈鸣皋、胡海滨八个项目组的组长在会上进行项目汇报。六西格玛项目指导老师吴金城进行了精彩的点评。
会议由吴明建副总师主持。
