杭齿集团召开优秀青年人才集训营“淬火计划”启动大会

2021年9月4日上午，杭齿集团在公司二楼多功能厅召开优秀青年人才集训营“淬火计划”启动大会。公司党委书记、董事长、总经理杨水余，党委副书记、副总经理侯波，纪委书记、工会主席张德军，副总经理徐桂琴，人力资源部、管理学院相关人员及50名优秀青年人才参加了会议。
杨董表示，青年是企业的未来。在内外部形势不断发展变化的情况下，杭齿能够保持稳健的发展，依靠的就是薪火相传和青年力量。杨董借用习总书记在中央党校中青年干部培训班开班仪式上的讲话，对青年学员们提出六点寄语：一是信念坚定，对党忠诚，对公司忠诚，对岗位忠诚；二是注重实际，实事求是，从实际出发，重视工作本源；三是勇于担当，善于作为，在所属领域创造佳绩；四是坚持原则，敢于斗争，扎实推进各项工作的开展；五是严守规矩，不逾底线，不负公司的信任；六是勤学苦练，增强本领，更好地武装头脑，提升技能。
会议由侯副书记主持，他希望青年学员们能够通过培训及实践不断提高，成为更全面的复合型人才，如同材料通过淬火工艺实现质的提升。
会议发布了优秀青年人才展示视频，带教导师代表向学员赠送“结对笔”并合影留念。
人力资源部部长孙锦从培养目标、培养措施、培养管理机制三方面进行了开班汇报。青年人才班班长金海明、学员代表俞炜祺作表态发言。
会议结束，学员们上了集训营第一堂课《价值观塑造：从技术走向管理》，由资深顾问许全忠老师主讲。
