8月19日上午，杭齿集团在多功能厅隆重召开第十五届五次职工代表大会，共137名职工代表和32名列席代表参加会议。
杨董发言
公司党委书记、董事长、总经理杨水余作了题为《坚定信心，全力以赴，为完成企业年度经营目标努力奋斗》的半年度工作报告。上半年，公司紧紧围绕年度生产经营目标，有序推进生产、销售、研发等各项重点工作，企业实现营业收入12.44亿元，同比增长33.56%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润盈利约1.06亿元，同比增加129.72%。公司先后荣获中国机械工业百强、浙江省高新技术企业、萧山区“十三五”期间十佳科技领军企业等荣誉。下半年工作，主要包括推进十大重点工作、完成年度销售目标、提升生产加工能力、推进产品创新研发、做好企业运营管理、抓好企业安全生产、筑牢党建战斗堡垒等。杨董指出，下半年的工作千头万绪，任务繁重，每一项工作都需要全体干部职工的共同努力，每一步跨越都需要全体干部职工的同舟共济。杭齿将紧紧围绕既定目标，坚定信心，全力以赴，为完成年度经营目标努力奋斗！
公司工会副主席葛飚作《2021年上半年集体合同执行情况检查报告》。
会议由公司纪委书记、工会主席张德军主持，他提出三点要求：一是要组织职工代表做好会后讨论；二是要切实做好会议精神的传达；三是要抓好对会议精神的贯彻落实。
