8月14日，搭载杭齿“前进牌”混合动力船用齿轮箱的内河第一艘绿色智能船舶“长航货运001”轮在江苏大津重工有限公司顺利下水，该轮采用混合动力系统，具备油、气、电混合动力，是国家工业和信息化部立项的“绿色智能内河船舶创新专项”示范船舶,是真正的长江新一代绿色智能万吨巨轮。
为满足客户要求，杭齿集团依托公司60多年的技术积淀，克服齿轮箱工况复杂、生产周期短等困难，在“高温假”期间加班加点，顺利完成混合动力的核心部件——齿轮箱（型号HCT1400P）的交付。
近年来，杭齿集团紧跟市场需求，为满足混合动力、智能船舶等要求，设计生产出更多种类的齿轮箱，覆盖功率范围100-6500KW，具有结构紧凑、可靠性高、机械效率高、经济性好、使用维护方便等诸多优点。
