项目指挥官集训营第二期开班授课

11月7日至8日，中层干部项目管理能力提升班第一次集训在管理学院西山教室举行，来自集团公司所辖22个单位的30名两级干部参加了学习。本期集训以“传承杭齿60年创业精神，以项目化管理加快推进重点项目落地”为学习口号，围绕杭齿项目经理胜任力模型，采用训战结合方式教学，边学边用，即学即用，成立了项目评审小组及4个项目小组，4个项目小组分别由项目经理、计划、实施、监理、考核学员组成，聚焦研发提效、产能提升、质量改进、降本增效等4个实际项目，按项目管理标准化要求交付项目管理章程等成果。
11月7日上午8点30分，集团公司副总经理徐桂琴莅临现场祝贺，并在开班仪式上致辞，与每一位学员分享了此期集训的背景、目的、意义及要求。
