2020年5月28日全国人大通过了《中华人民共和国民法典》，为了更好地促进公司各相关单位了解民法典等法律知识，在业务中提升法律风险防范意识，为公司高效增长与可持续发展提供强有力的法律保障，集团公司审计法务部联合人力资源部于2020年11月5日上午9点在集团公司二楼多功能厅，针对集团公司各单位、各子公司领导干部及主要业务人员百余人举办了“民法典等法律知识”培训。
本次培训由集团公司纪委书记张德军主持。
培训由浙江法君律师事务所韩美琴律师向参培人员进行讲解。韩律师主要从民法典亮点内容、民法典中涉及合同的主要修改内容、实践中交易风险的把控、招投标基本法律知识四个方面进行讲解，对民法典新增亮点、公司业务过程中合同签订、履行过程中的风险把控等重要内容进行了详细解读。同时韩律师强调公司合同管理、案件处理均离不开业务部门与法务部门的紧密协作，希望各部门在业务过程中不断加强法律风险防范意识，为促进公司业务发展提供法律保障。
会议最后，公司纪委书记张德军要求参培人员中将今日所学知识运用到后续的实务工作中去，切实提高公司管理水平，防范相关法律风险，避免企业损失。
