杭齿前进省重点研发项目通过验收

2020年10月24日，杭州前进齿轮箱集团股份有限公司联合高校共同承担的浙江省重点研发计划项目“高端装备核心基础零部件及检测加工装备开发及应用—城市轨道交通装备关键零部件开发及产业化”验收会议在公司召开，该项目全面完成了课题任务各项指标，顺利通过浙江省科技厅组织的验收。
城市轨道交通装备关键零部件开发及产业化项目自2017年7月开始实施，技术团队研究了齿轮箱垂向耦合振动控制、工况自适应匹配优化、高功率密度轻量化设计、润滑及密封性能优化、智能电控和全寿命健康管理等多项技术，研发出城市轨道齿轮箱、轨道养护装备齿轮箱等产品并形成批量应用。
验收组专家详细听取了项目实施工作报告和技术报告，审阅了产品检测报告、审计报告等相关资料，考察了科研生产现场，对公司科技创新水平和研发组织能力给予了高度评价。该项目的成功实施，为我国轨道交通传动装置领域打破国外技术垄断，实现国产化替代具有重要意义。
