萧山区人力资源和社会保障局、萧山区总工会联合举办的“2020年萧山区职业技能竞赛”钳工、车工项目，经过初赛、决赛两个阶段的比拼，于2020年10月18日圆满结束。公司参赛员工分别获得钳工、车工项目第一名，共6人次进入钳工项目前十，5人次进入车工项目前十。蒋凯威、陈洪刚、缪洪涛、陈鑫被授予萧山区“第十七届技术能手”光荣称号。
