优秀青年人才集训营“铁军意志”训练

10月24-25日，公司在临安素质训练基地组织开展优秀青年人才集训营活动，共36名优秀青年人才参加。
训练队伍分成红一连、红二连、红三连、红五连，由每个连队的连长带领队伍完成站军姿、稍息与立正、齐步走等各项训练任务，磨炼优秀青年人才的意志力与纪律性。
在紧张辛苦的训练结束后，组织进行了“巧过敌人区”、篝火晚会等活动，在轻松的氛围中不断增强优秀青年人才的相互了解和团队协作能力。
最后，每个连队进行会操表演，展示两天的训练成果，副总经理徐桂琴为表现突出的红二连和红五连颁发了“优胜团队”锦旗。
