9月28日晚，公司团委、工会、科协会同人力资源部在多功能厅组织开展2020新入职员工“庆中秋 迎国庆”主题活动。此次活动旨在给2020届新入职员工过一个温馨的中秋节。公司党委副书记、副总经理侯波，纪委书记、工会主席张德军，党委工作部部长、人力资源部部长孙锦，人力资源部副部长姚丽华，妇联副主席泮多等领导以及团干部代表，20余名新入职员工，部分技校实习生参加了此次活动。
月饼制作结束后，侯副书记与张主席分别就自身成长经历与新员工们进行了分享。张主席强调，新员工要敢于面对挫折，不怕吃亏，不断学习，积累知识。侯书记指出，公司目前正处在改革发展、转型升级的关键时期，这也正是公司青年们大展宏图的良好机遇，希望新入职员工尽快融入公司，与公司共同成长，共同进步。
最后，大家围坐在一起，进行座谈会。新入职员工依次进行自我介绍，并就现处岗位谈谈自己的一些看法与建议。
