区国资总公司调研杭齿集团公司粉冶厂

9月23日上午，萧山区国资总公司董事长裘国平一行在集团公司董事长杨水余的陪同下，专程前往杭齿粉冶厂看望全体粉冶职工，并对粉冶厂进行了调研走访。
在粉冶厂厂长赵继华的陪同下，裘国平同志先参观了生产场地，重点视察了粉冶厂垃圾分类以及节前消防安全情况。
随后赵继华同志在会议室向裘董汇报了粉冶厂2020年1-8月份的生产经营以及科研开发情况。尽管今年受疫情影响1-4月份各项经营指标一直落后于去年，但通过连续5个月的劳动竞赛，粉冶人通过努力，克服困难，弥补了疫情带来的损失。截止8月份销售收入已完成了全年的90%，第四季度将把资金回笼作为下一阶段的工作重心。
杨水余同志给粉冶下一阶段的发展提出了三点要求。一、要立足于粉冶厂在粉末冶金行业的地位，提升整体规模，做好未来的十四五规划；二、夯实基础，在技术研发、人才培养、梯队建设等方面加大投入；三、进一步加强内部管理，重点做好企业内部挖潜，进一步开发民品市场，扩大摩擦片行业市场占有率，增强忧患意识。
最后董事长裘国平总结发言，肯定了粉冶今年疫情复工以来取得的成绩，肯定了粉冶人的精气神。他希望粉冶厂进一步解放思想，抓住机遇，居安思危，谋划未来；希望粉冶厂进一步深化改革，强化管理，提高站位，制定好粉冶未来三年的行动计划，力争成为杭齿集团的“效益领头羊、管理排头兵、改革试验点、创新先行者”。
