9月23日下午，萧山区政协“培育新时代工匠精神”界别协商会议在杭齿集团公司举行。区政协副主席施利君，区政协社会法制和港澳台侨委主任喻建林、副主任赵云飞等相关领导以及杭齿集团负责人参加活动。活动旨在培育新时代工匠精神。
领导们首先实地视察杭齿集团“赵水林国家级技能大师工作室”，参观了杭齿产品陈列室。
其后大家在杭齿多功能厅召开会议，听取区总工会关于我区培育新时代工匠精神相关工作情况介绍。区人力社保局、区经信局随后就相关工作情况进行了介绍。
杭齿集团党委书记、董事长、总经理杨水余首先介绍了杭齿发展史，产品结构、人才结构及近年来取得的荣誉。并发表了题为《扎实推进高技能人才建设 大力培育新时代工匠精神》的报告，从五个方面介绍了杭齿如何开展技能人才培育工作，即：加强思想引领，带动产业工人建功立业；强化顶层设计，健全高技能人才培养体系；厘清发展路径，畅通高技能人才职业通道；搭建成长平台，积极营造良好人才环境；履行服务职能，大力培育新时代工匠精神。
随后，各界代表分别就如何培育新时代工匠精神分别发言。最后，施利君副主席发表重要讲话。她表示：要规划引领，精益求精，深耕制造业发展；搭建平台、谋求创新、加强产业工人队伍建设；开放包容、借力借势，进一步营造开放氛围。会议由喻建林主任主持。
