9月10日晚上，精益数字化之快速换产落地班结项验收暨结业典礼在管理学院西山教室举行，集团公司副总经理邓林、徐桂琴、副总工程师吴明建、企业管理部部长魏红先、工艺管理部副部长张胜政等领导、评委参加活动。齿轮分厂汤国毅、大功率分厂赵菲、中功率分厂王爱琴先后总结汇报，四位评委现场评分，经过激烈角逐，最终中功率分厂学习小组以团队最高分（889分）获得“优胜组”荣誉。副总经理徐桂琴为22名学员颁发了结业证书，副总经理邓林为6个“优秀试点工序”授牌，副总工程师吴明建为优胜组颁发了锦旗及奖品。
随后，副总经理邓林在讲话中，首先肯定了三个分厂取得的优异成绩，为全面推进精益生产开好了头，希望大家再接再励，改变观念、加强学习，圆满完成精益数字化、SAP升级两大重点攻坚项目，为杭齿未来六十年发展打下良好的基础。
本次培训班圆满落地，管理学院主动融入“业务”，采用训战结合教学方式，历时三个月时间，从学习团队组建、集中学习、作业辅导、线上考试、立项汇报、复盘跟进、摄像验收、跨单位交流、定模板、定规则、定标准，到最终通过结项验收，充分发挥了管理学院专业的陪伴、赋能职能。在精益化、数字化、智能化大变革背景下，探索国企员工自我学习成长之路，“可达成目标的新工作”成为员工学习成长的第一驱动力，通过精心策划、精心组织、精心推进，让每一位学员在面对艰巨的挑战性任务时，第一时间得到赋能，资源共享、经验复制，让成功成为一种常态、一种习惯。
