12月8日下午，杭齿集团公司投资子公司2019年度董事长、总经理会议在临江召开，会议由总经理杨水余主持，董事长夏柏林，副总经理侯波、邓林，董事会秘书欧阳建国、财务负责人吴飞及各子公司董事长、总经理参加了会议。
本次会议由杭州临江前进齿轮箱有限公司协办，会前与会人员参观了临江公司生产现场。
会议总结回顾了集团公司和各子公司2019年工作。经营状况总体平稳，职工队伍总体稳定，公司获得“中国军民两用技术应用推进大会十大创新企业”、“改革开放40周年机械工业杰出产品”等诸多荣誉，产品被用于建国70周年阅兵典礼车辆。公司在产能提升、品质管理、技术创新、企业管理等方面都取得了一定的成效，同时积极配合大股东推进企业混合制改革工作，完成股权转让后的法人治理机制调整及董事会、监事会换届和经营班子调整。各子公司在新领域、新产品开发上取得较好成绩，子公司之间的合作有所增强，子公司改革带来的内生动力增强。其次部署2020年工作，集团公司总经理杨水余下达了各子公司的经营目标，同时希望子公司积极参与集团公司的产业发展进程，共同推进整个产业链的提升，增强杭齿产品市场竞争力。
夏柏林董事长指出，各子公司要完善内部治理结构，充分发挥董事会的作用；以技术领衔，促内部改革，通过方方面面降成本；要注重研发投入，立足长远开发新产品，增加员工收入，创造社会效应。集团公司与各子公司是利益共同体，要不忘初心，精诚合作，共同做优做强。
