On the morning of August 16, the company's Youth League Committee held the Xiaoshan District-level "Youth Civilization Unit" awarding ceremony in the new conference room on the second floor. Attending the ceremony were Hou Bo, Deputy Secretary of the company's Party Committee; Hu Jianfeng, Director of the Company Office; Shi Nuo, Deputy Secretary of the Youth League Committee; Jin Chen, member of the Youth League Committee; and all members of the company office's "Youth Civilization Unit" team. The ceremony was hosted by Huang Yuecheng, a member of the Youth League Committee.

First, Liu Tianying, representative of the company office's "Youth Civilization Unit" team, delivered a report on their efforts to strive for excellence. Following that, Shi Nuo, deputy secretary of the company's Youth League Committee, read out the "Decision on Naming and Commending the 2018 Xiaoshan District-Level 'Youth Civilization Units'." Finally, Hou Bo, deputy secretary of the company's Party Committee, presented the plaque to the company office's "Youth Civilization Unit" team and delivered an important speech.

Vice Secretary Hou extended his congratulations to the company office on receiving the Xiaoshan District-level "Youth Civilization Unit" honor, acknowledging the outstanding work the office has accomplished in recent years. He also expressed four key expectations: First, he urged the "Youth Civilization Unit" team to focus on "four first-class standards and five excellent qualities," ensuring effective operation of the initiative. Second, he encouraged the company office to identify the right entry points as it continues its efforts to strive for excellence and innovation. Third, he emphasized that the "Youth Civilization Unit" team should strengthen "team leader collaboration," fostering comprehensive growth in both personal qualities and professional skills. Finally, he advised the company office to entrust young employees with meaningful tasks, assign them greater responsibilities, and set clear expectations, thereby empowering the younger generation to take on significant roles within the organization.
