After a week-long systematic training program for newly hired college graduates, the meeting between the group company's leadership and the Class of 2019 new university students was successfully held on the afternoon of July 17 in the company's conference room on the third floor. Attending the meeting were Yang Shuiyu, General Manager of the company; Hou Bo, Deputy General Manager; Song Bin, Chief Engineer; as well as key leaders from various functional departments.

This meeting was chaired by Vice General Manager Hou Bo. During the event, Zhou Xuan from Nanjing University of Science and Technology and Huang Ruihua from Yanshan University delivered speeches on behalf of the 2019 cohort of newly hired college graduates. Both students shared their experiences and emotional journeys as they transitioned from students to company employees, expressing both confidence and ambitious aspirations for their future career paths.

After listening to the speech delivered by the student representatives, Deputy General Manager Hou Bo shared several hopes for the new university graduates as they transition from students to employees: He encouraged them to embrace change, keep learning, maintain an open and humble attitude at work, accumulate valuable experience, and ultimately achieve outstanding results in their professional roles.

Following this, Chief Engineer Song Bin warmly greeted and expressed his care for the newly hired college graduates who came from all over the country. The Head of the Human Resources Department introduced the company’s training mechanisms for new employees. Focusing on several key initiatives, including the "Management Measures for Newly Hired College Graduates" and the "Mentorship Program Management Measures," she emphasized that all functional departments should prioritize the development of new college graduates, collaborating closely with the HR Department to refine and enhance the training approaches. At the same time, she encouraged the university students to remain committed to learning in their roles, continuously striving to improve their skills and capabilities.

Finally, General Manager Yang Shuiyu shared with everyone the future development and direction of change for Hangchi Gear, offering several pieces of advice to the new college graduates: He encouraged them to quickly adapt to their new roles and seamlessly integrate into the workplace; urged them to stay focused, ask plenty of questions, take initiative, and diligently hone their skills. He also expressed his heartfelt hopes for these young talents. At the same time, he emphasized the importance of factory branches providing attentive care and strengthening management and mentorship for the newcomers, boldly entrusting them with meaningful responsibilities to accelerate their growth. The upcoming days will see the Class of 2019 of newly hired university graduates participating in a 3-day, 2-night militarized training program at the People's Armed Forces Academy of Zhejiang University of Commerce. Organized by the Human Resources Department, this military-style training aims to physically and mentally strengthen the new hires, equipping them with a more resilient and energetic mindset as they embark on their professional journeys.
