On the morning of June 27, the trade union of the Group Corporation organized a group of employee representatives to conduct a safety inspection at the Front Factory. The primary purpose was to effectively strengthen the company's labor protection supervision and inspection efforts, ensuring the personal safety and health of employees while preventing and reducing the occurrence of workplace accidents. This safety inspection was led by Xu Guiqin, Chairperson of the trade union.
The company's labor protection supervision and inspection team previously conducted a comprehensive oversight of the company's safe production practices and notified the relevant departments about the issues identified during the inspection, urging them to make necessary rectifications. This time, they carried out a focused inspection to evaluate the progress and effectiveness of the corrective actions taken.
Based on the inspection results, the various branch plants (departments) have generally performed well in areas such as labor protection, safe production, environmental conservation, and heat-prevention measures. Moreover, each unit has promptly addressed the issues identified during previous inspections. The vast majority of employees demonstrate a strong safety awareness, effectively complying with safety regulations and equipment operation procedures, and diligently wearing appropriate personal protective gear as required.
During the National Safety Production Month, each branch union also independently organized diverse "Six Ones" Ankang Cup activities tailored to the specific conditions of their respective plants (departments).
