On July 1, a total of 210 representatives—including all Party members from HAGG Company, cadres at both levels, branch committee members, probationary Party members, and aspiring candidates for Party membership—gathered in the multi-purpose hall to hold a commemorative meeting marking the 98th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. Together, they reflected on the Party's glorious journey and celebrated its birthday.

The meeting officially began with the solemn sound of the national anthem, as Yang Shuiyu, Secretary of the company's Party Committee, Hou Bo, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and seven other Party Committee members took their seats on the rostrum.

Zhang Dejun, Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection and Member of the Party Committee, read out the decision on awarding the ADVANCEd Party Branches, ADVANCEd Party Groups, Outstanding Party Members, and Outstanding Active Contributors for 2018 at the conference. Members of the Party Committee presented awards to the Annual ADVANCEd Party Branches and Outstanding Party Members.

The Minister of the Party Committee Office, He Zheng, led 10 new party members in reciting their oath standing before the Party flag, while all party members jointly revisited the入党誓词 (Oath of Joining the Communist Party). Leaders of the company's Party Committee then presented the new members with Party badges and handed them copies of the Party Constitution.

Yang Shuiyu, Secretary of the Company's Party Committee, reviewed the history of the Communist Party of China at the meeting, emphasizing that it is our Party that has enabled the Chinese nation to stand tall, grow prosperous, and become strong. He pointed out that, over the past year, the company's Party Committee has carried out a series of educational and training activities for party members, aligning their thoughts and actions with those of the Party organization, thereby providing crucial ideological support for the company's business development. He stressed that the recent transition of the company's new Party Committee and Disciplinary Inspection Commission has been successfully completed, and the company's production and operation goals for the next three years have already been clearly defined. To better achieve these objectives, he put forth four key requirements for all party members, cadres, and employees: First, remain steadfast in your convictions without wavering. All party members should intensify their study of the Party's political theories, while each branch should step up efforts to publicize outstanding collectives and individuals, fostering a positive atmosphere within the company characterized by "emulation, learning, striving, and surpassing." Second, unite as one team to drive development forward. We must continue strengthening the self-construction of the new leadership team, enhancing the quality of the party membership, and ensuring robust performance in both the company's production operations and its ongoing reform and innovation initiatives. Third, elevate the quality of Party building through continuous progress. Taking advantage of this year as the "Year of Enhancing Party Building Quality," the company's Party Committee will comprehensively improve the standards of its Party work, fully leveraging the exemplary role and proactive spirit of party members in their respective roles. This approach will create a powerful ripple effect—inspiring others to follow suit—and significantly contribute to the company's goal of improving quality and boosting efficiency. Finally, uphold integrity and discipline as non-negotiable principles. All party members must always remember their identity as Communist Party members and never loosen their commitment to廉洁自律 (integrity and self-discipline). Meanwhile, the newly appointed Disciplinary Inspection Commission will persistently adopt a problem-oriented approach, rigorously enforcing supervision, discipline enforcement, and accountability measures. Together, they will guide the Work Style Efficiency Supervision Team to further enhance its effectiveness, helping to cultivate a clean, upright, and healthy political environment within the company.

The conference invited Zhang Jianmin, a specially appointed professor from the Hangzhou Municipal Party School of Industry, to deliver a Party class titled "Exploration and Practice of Internal Party Supervision within the Communist Party of China" to all party members.

Finally, Hou Bo, Deputy Secretary of the company's Party Committee, put forward three key requirements to the attending party members: promptly convey the spirit of the conference; thoroughly implement the resolutions from the 13th Party Congress and today’s meeting; and accelerate the advancement of tasks for the second half of the year, ensuring the achievement of this year’s sales targets.

The meeting was chaired by Hou Bo, Deputy Secretary of the company's Party Committee and Deputy General Manager.
