Hand in hand, advancing together to create the future—HAGG Company holds its 2018 Annual Meeting on Marine Product Parts and Services.

On January 10, HAGG Company held its 2018 Marine Product Parts and Services Conference at the Xiaoshan Hotel. This meeting laid the foundation for the company to continuously improve its after-sales service management system and enhance its market credibility.

First, Huang Zhiheng, Deputy General Manager of the company, delivered a speech to the assembly. In his address, he emphasized that the achievements made in the company’s after-sales service efforts in 2018 were the result of joint endeavors between Hangchi and all its service stations. He expressed his hope that, in 2019, each service station would continue moving forward alongside the company, firmly upholding the philosophy that quality builds the brand, while delivering outstanding after-sales services to meet customers’ needs.

Secondly, Cai Wenbao, Deputy Director of the Parts Service Center, introduced to the attendees Hangzhou Gear’s development journey and provided an overview of the marine machinery market. He reviewed the 2018 after-sales service activities, highlighted the existing shortcomings in after-sales service, and outlined specific expectations for the 2019 after-sales service efforts. He expressed hope that after-sales service stations would continuously enhance their responsiveness to better meet customer needs.

At the meeting, Jin Shuyun from the Technology Center presented to the attendees the company's recent achievements in marine product development. Following her, Guo Xueshan from the Technology Center shared insights into the usage of marine products and explained their working principles, providing the after-sales service stations with valuable theoretical knowledge. Meanwhile, Chen Jiasen from the Information Center introduced the online repair reporting process for product after-sales support during the meeting.

Finally, Yang Shuiyu, the company’s General Manager, emphasized at the meeting: "Our company will continue to adhere to a market-oriented approach, step up innovation to boost enterprise vitality, and steer our products toward intelligent manufacturing. We are committed to adopting a customer-centric philosophy, strengthening our network infrastructure, enhancing our service platform, and providing robust technical training to elevate our after-sales service capabilities. We hope that all service stations will collaborate closely with the company to create value for our customers and achieve mutual success."

The conference presented award certificates to the eight service stations honored with the 2018 "Outstanding Service Station" title. Additionally, the meeting facilitated discussions and exchanges among the service stations—and with each other—on after-sales service operations, conducted in the form of group discussions.
