Hangcha Group Company Holds a Commemoration Conference Marking the 97th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party

On the afternoon of June 29, members of the Party Committee of HAGG, along with committee members from various party branches (general branches), representatives of party members, and cadres at both levels, gathered in the multi-functional hall to attend the 97th anniversary celebration of the founding of the Communist Party of China. The meeting reviewed the Party's arduous journey and its remarkable achievements, recognized outstanding individuals and groups within the Party for 2017, and held an oath-taking ceremony for newly admitted party members. Feng Guang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board, set clear guidelines and expectations for all CPC members at Hangchi, urging them to work together with determination and strive forward, contributing Hangchi's unique expertise to "Made in China 2025" and the revitalization of the nation's industrial sector.
The conference was chaired by Yang Shuiyu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager. Hou Bo, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, read out the commendation decision. The High-Power Plant Party Branch, the Warehouse Management Department Party Branch, the Equipment Plant Party Branch, the Comprehensive Support Department Party Branch, and the Integrated Finance & Investment Party Branch were awarded the title of "ADVANCEd Party Branch" for 2017. Meanwhile, Pan Duo and nine other comrades received the honor of "Outstanding Communist Party Member." Additionally, 11 comrades, including Huang Yuecheng, were proudly admitted into the Communist Party of China. He Zheng, Head of the Party Committee’s Propaganda Department, presided over the oath-taking ceremony for the new party members. Bathed in the glow of the Party flag, the newly admitted members solemnly declared their unwavering loyalty to the cause of the Party with resounding voices.
Feng Guang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board, delivered a speech at the meeting. He emphasized that party members must firmly uphold the belief articulated at the 19th National Congress: "Stay true to our original aspiration, keep our mission firmly in mind, hold high the great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics, strive to secure a decisive victory in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects, and achieve a great new triumph of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era. Together, let us relentlessly pursue the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation." To put this vision into action, he outlined four key priorities: First, we must clearly prioritize political principles and remain steadfast in our convictions. We should draw inspiration from the Party’s lofty political ideals, arm ourselves with its latest theoretical insights, and strictly adhere to Party discipline and regulations, ensuring our words and actions align with these standards. Second, we must stay committed to our mission while keeping an eye on the bigger picture, driving tangible results through dedicated and practical efforts. All party members and cadres are encouraged to look ahead, pushing ever higher—reaching new heights as we continue to advance. It’s crucial to cultivate a strong sense of urgency, recognizing that the current situation demands immediate action; to embrace the challenges as opportunities for growth; and to fully appreciate the profound responsibility entrusted to us in realizing our nation’s grand aspirations. In particular, we must focus on enhancing product responsiveness to market needs, elevating product quality, expanding our market share, improving operational efficiency, strengthening our talent pool, and bolstering the company’s overall growth potential. Third, we must strengthen Party building to foster leadership and unity, laying a solid foundation for sustained success. This requires intensifying learning initiatives, reinforcing institutional discipline, and boosting overall work effectiveness. Finally, we must strictly abide by Party rules and laws, never loosening our commitment to integrity and ethical governance. All cadre members at both levels—especially those who hold leading positions within the Party—are reminded to always place Party discipline and regulations front and center. They must not only understand these rules but also actively enforce them, setting clear examples as exemplary Party members and capable officials who are politically strong, professionally proficient, morally upright, and rigorously disciplined.
Following this, Associate Professor Li Jun from the Shaoxing Municipal Party School delivered a vivid Party lesson to the party members, titled "Promoting 'Two Studies and One Action' to Boost Enterprise Development." The lesson was divided into two parts: "How to View 'Two Studies and One Action'" and "How to Act on 'Two Studies and One Action'." In the first part, it was explained that "Two Studies and One Action" embodies the profit-driven direction of enterprises, shapes the company's development environment, provides essential human resource support for growth, and safeguards the honor and pride of party members. Meanwhile, the second part emphasized that party members should strive to be politically qualified, disciplined, morally upright, and effective in their roles.
Finally, the commemorative rally concluded successfully amid the solemn singing of the "International Anthem."
