HAGG Company Successfully Hosted the Chengxiang Subdistrict Young Workers' Precision Tooling Skills Competition

Recently, the Young Workers' Fitting Skills Competition, hosted by the Hangchi Division of Chengxiang Subdistrict, was successfully held at the HAGG Corporation. Attendees included Yu Jie, Vice Chairman of the Chengxiang Subdistrict Federation of Trade Unions; Yang Shuiyu, General Manager of the company; Hou Bo, Deputy General Manager; and Xu Guiqin, Chairman of the company's trade union, among other leaders. All participants in this technical competition were young employees under the age of 35 who work as fitters at the company's headquarters.
To enhance the technical skills of young skilled workers in metalworking, the company organized training sessions for all its young metalworkers. The competition was designed based on the national intermediate-level vocational standards and consisted of two parts: a theoretical exam and practical hands-on tasks. After a tense and intense contest, Tang Qichao from the Equipment Factory ultimately secured first place, followed by Jiang Kaiwei in second, and Chen Honggang claiming third.
After the martial arts competition results were announced, the company sent out a congratulatory notice to celebrate the winning employees and, according to company policy, presented them with certificates and cash prizes. During the award ceremony, the young employees expressed their excitement, noting that such an inspiring atmosphere has boosted their enthusiasm, and they pledged to continue improving their skills and striving for even greater achievements in the future.
By hosting the technical skills competition organized by the Chengxiang Subdistrict Federation of Trade Unions, the company has responded to Xiaoshan District's initiative to fully foster a new "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" landscape. Additionally, the event aligns with the company’s "Guiding Opinions on Further Strengthening and Improving Youth Work," helping to promote and enhance the company’s commitment to cultivating and celebrating the spirit of craftsmanship.
