To enhance the comprehensive management capabilities of the company's frontline managers and encourage first-line employees to actively participate in the company's core management activities, the Corporate Management Information Department and the Human Resources Department jointly organized a grassroots manager training workshop on August 27 in the Multi-functional Hall. The theme of the workshop was "How Grassroots Managers Can Excel in Daily Management." A total of 136 participants attended, including branch factory workshop directors/section chiefs, frontline team leaders, team leaders from relevant departments, and skill-candidate personnel selected under the company's "3100 Plan."

This training session features a special lecture by Mr. Zhang Jinqing, a production management and lean management expert from Chuan Cheng Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhang provided a detailed explanation on the importance of frontline managers, the role and application of "5S," the effective use of visual management within the "5S" framework, strategies for fostering strong team morale, and the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) cycle—a structured approach to addressing and improving on-site issues. He emphasized that frontline managers should embrace the mindset of "treating the factory as their home," encouraging them to systematically ask "five whys" whenever challenges arise, ultimately identifying and resolving root causes. By integrating continuous improvement into daily operations, managers can foster a culture of ongoing progress and excellence.

Through the one-day training, participants generally felt deeply engaged with the "5S" management course and gained a more comprehensive understanding of production site management, as well as safety, environmental protection, and occupational health.
