On August 30, the 19th Congress of the Communist Youth League at HAGG. was solemnly held in the company's multi-functional hall on the second floor.

This conference received high attention and strong support from the Xiaoshan District Committee of the Communist Youth League and the company's Party and administrative leadership. Attending the meeting were Comrade Yang Fang, Secretary of the Xiaoshan District Committee of the Communist Youth League; Comrade Mao Jianrong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group Corporation; Comrade Feng Guang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager; Comrade Hou Bo, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; and Party Committee members Comrade Tang Hong, Comrade Yang Shuiyu, Comrade Ji Yue, and Comrade Xu Guiqin. Also present were Comrade Shi Nuo, Deputy Secretary of the Youth League Committee, along with invited guests—including branch secretaries from various factories and heads of youth leagues from sister organizations. A total of 73 Young Communist League representatives actively participated in all agenda items as the conference's honored guests.

At the conference, Comrade Feng Guang, General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, commended the 18th Youth League Committee for their dedicated efforts over the past three years, expressing his hope that the 19th Youth League Committee will strive for even greater achievements in their future endeavors. He also encouraged young members to fully leverage their role as a dynamic vanguard, actively contributing to the company’s continued growth and development. Comrade Yang Fang, Secretary of the Shaoshan District Committee of the Communist Youth League, highly praised the work of the Hangzhou Gear Youth League Committee, recognizing its proactive contributions in serving the enterprise and inspiring youth to unleash their full potential in driving organizational vitality. The conference adopted the work report delivered by Comrade Shi Nuo, who serves as Deputy Secretary of the Youth League Committee and represented the 18th committee. In her report, Comrade Shi Nuo reviewed and summarized the key accomplishments and initiatives of the Youth League Committee over the past three years, while outlining an ambitious vision for the 19th committee’s future activities. She called on all young members to dedicate their energy and wisdom toward realizing the company’s “13th Five-Year Plan” goals.

In the afternoon, the election conference elected nine members to the 19th Youth League Committee of HAGG. through a ranked-vote system. Comrade Hou Bo, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, urged the 19th Youth League Committee to strengthen ideological guidance and highlight the mass character of the Youth League. He also expressed his hope that youth league officials would cherish this opportunity, take on responsibilities with courage, boldly put their ideas into practice, and learn from failures. Furthermore, he encouraged young League members and youths to set clear goals, think critically, and recognize that their youth is a precious asset—so they should make the most of it and never waste their vibrant years.

Amidst the rousing melodies of the Internationale, the conference came to a close. We are confident that under the dynamic leadership of the 19th Youth League Committee, the company's youth league work will surely reach new heights.
