HAGG Company Adds Another Professor-Level Senior Engineer

Recently, we received Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology Personnel Document No. 126 [2017], "Notice on Announcing That Wang Xianqing and 458 Other Individuals Have Qualified for the Title of Professor-Level Senior Engineer." According to the document, Song Bin, our company's Chief Engineer, successfully passed the evaluation by the Provincial Professor-Level Senior Engineer Qualification Review Committee in December 2016, thereby earning the title of Professor-Level Senior Engineer.
The company's Human Resources Department has actively promoted the evaluation process for senior professional titles in engineering and technology. Over the past three years, 17 employees have newly obtained the qualification of Senior Engineer, accounting for 24% of the existing pool of senior engineers. Additionally, four employees have earned the title of Professor-level Senior Engineer, representing 80% of the current number of Professor-level Senior Engineers.
In the next phase, the Human Resources Department will continue to actively promote the implementation of professional title evaluation work. While maintaining the smooth progression of career-track title promotions, we will also strengthen our focus on assessing and evaluating management-level titles.
