On May 18, 2017, the launch ceremony for the Workers' Vanguard Competition—celebrating the "Promote Craftsmanship Spirit, Build Beautiful Xiaoshan"—was held at the District Senior University in Xiaoshan District.
The Gear Grinding Team No. 2 from HAGG Corporation's Gear Factory was awarded the 2017 Xiaoshan District "Worker Pioneer" title, while Lu Lijun, a senior technician from the Maintenance & Support Center, received the 8th Xiaoshan District "Golden Gear Award: Outstanding Employee" honor. Additionally, the Lean Production Elite Club of the Powder Metallurgy Plant was recognized as a sixth-batch Employee Vocational Skills Innovation Studio unit and was honored by the district-level trade union federation.
