On the morning of May 25, 2016, the 2016 Xiaoshan District Employees' ADVANCEd Commendation Ceremony for "Achieving Excellence and Making Contributions at Their Posts," along with the launch event for the "Serving G20, Contributing on the Front Lines" Technical Skills Competition, was held at Hangzhou Bay Information Port. Qiu Chao, Deputy Secretary of the District Committee, officially announced the start of the district-wide "Serving G20, Contributing on the Front Lines" technical skills competition for employees in 2016. Li Jinda, Vice Chairman of the District People's Congress Standing Committee and Chairman of the District Federation of Trade Unions, attended the launch ceremony, while Wei Daqing, Deputy District Mayor, delivered a speech.
At the recognition ceremony, Comrade Wang Zuquan from HAGG Linjiang Company was awarded the prestigious title of "2016 Xiaoshan District's 7th 'Golden Gear Award – Outstanding Employee'," while the Gear Processing Innovation Studio of the Gear Factory was honored as the Xiaoshan District Employee Vocational Skills Innovation Studio. Additionally, Comrade Gong Jianping from the Equipment Factory received recognition for his innovative "Inner and Outer Groove Measurement Method," which was named an ADVANCEd Operational Technique by employees in Xiaoshan District for 2016. The company’s trade union extended heartfelt congratulations to the award-winning employees and encouraged all staff members to learn from these outstanding individuals, striving to bring glory to Hangchi.
