From April 12 to 14, 2016, a four-member audit team from the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment conducted a three-day re-certification audit of our company’s environmental and occupational health and safety management systems.
After three days of review, the expert members of the audit team communicated and engaged in discussions with relevant department heads and management personnel through various methods—including questioning, document review, observation, verification, and documentation—to gather information on the operation of our company’s environmental, occupational health, and safety management system. They positively acknowledged that the system is being implemented thoroughly and effectively, while also offering constructive feedback and recommendations regarding certain areas for improvement during its operation. Ultimately, the audit team unanimously concluded that the company’s environmental, occupational health, and safety management system is functioning effectively, and they recommended to the China Environmental United Certification Center that the company maintain its registration status.
At the final meeting, Tang Hong, Deputy General Manager of the Group Company, expressed gratitude to the audit team for their work and urged all units to earnestly address the issues identified during the audit, drawing broader lessons from each case, and strengthening environmental, occupational health, and safety management practices.
