Attendees included Ong Zuqun, Deputy Researcher from the Hangzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau; He Xuan, Deputy Director of the Xiaoshan District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau; Xuan Hao, Deputy Chief Staff Member; Zhou Xiaoqin, Vice Dean of the School of Mechanical Engineering at Jilin University; Jiang Lei, Head of the Postdoctoral Management Section at Jilin University; Jia Jiwei, Director of the Scientific Research and Experimental Construction Office at Jilin University; as well as postdoctoral supervisors Professors Ma Wenxing and Lei Yulong, and Dr. Liu Chunbao, along with Xu Xueli, Deputy General Manager of HAGG, Chief Engineer Song Bin, and the company’s Technical Advisor Zhang Zengxiang. Leaders from the company’s Technology Center and Human Resources Department, along with members of the research teams, also participated in the meeting. This event featured two postdoctoral researchers presenting their final assessment reports, while one doctoral candidate delivered an opening assessment report.

In the exit assessment report, Dr. Cai Wei and Dr. Lu Xiuquan respectively presented their postdoctoral research projects titled "Research on Hydrodynamic Constant-Speed Output Transmission Systems" and "Development of High-Power Limited-Torque and Variable-Speed Hydraulic Couplings." They detailed the progress made over the past two and a half years, covering the overall project plan, experimental design, comprehensive review of all technical drawings, preliminary simulation analysis of the control system, and the trial manufacturing of prototype units. The assessment panel experts thoroughly questioned and provided guidance on both researchers' ongoing projects. They unanimously agreed that Dr. Cai Wei and Dr. Lu Xiuquan have demonstrated meticulous work attitudes, excellent communication skills, and have largely completed their research tasks. Moreover, during the course of their studies, they actively trained technical staff from HAGG Company, significantly enhancing the foundational theoretical knowledge of the company's design team. The experts also expressed hope that the two researchers will continue to collaborate closely with HAGG's technicians to successfully complete the development and trial production of their innovative products. Both Dr. Cai Wei and Dr. Lu Xiuquan received outstanding evaluations for their respective research projects.

In the project proposal review report, Dr. Li Xingzhong presented an overview of the current status of "Automatic Control Research on Construction Machinery Gearboxes," both domestically and internationally. He outlined the key aspects of this study, which include three main areas: matching the transmission system of construction machinery, analysis of critical components in gearboxes, and research on the software and hardware development of gearbox control systems, as well as experimental studies on integrated gearbox control systems. Additionally, he provided a brief introduction to the overall research schedule. After expert evaluation, it was determined that the chosen topic aligns with the cutting-edge research trends in this field, while the proposed research content is highly practical and relevant. The selected research approach and methodologies were deemed feasible, and the anticipated research objectives were considered appropriate and achievable. Furthermore, the planned research timeline was judged to be reasonable and well-structured. The researcher himself demonstrated strong scientific capabilities, clear research thinking, and already possesses a solid foundation for the proposed work. Based on these assessments, the experts unanimously approved Dr. Li Xingzhong’s project proposal.

At the conclusion of the report meeting, Wang Zuqun from the Hangzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau introduced the city's robust policies aimed at attracting and supporting high-level talents, encouraging universities' top-tier professionals to engage in broader and more comprehensive collaborations with local industries and enterprises. He Xuan, Deputy Director of the district-level Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, delivered a keynote speech, praising the achievements of the Hangzhou Gearbox Postdoctoral Workstation and expressing his hope that this platform will serve as a vital conduit for recruiting and nurturing talent, ultimately boosting the company's innovative capabilities. Zhou Xiaoqin, Vice Dean of Jilin University, pledged to further strengthen university-enterprise partnerships, emphasizing the university's commitment to providing enhanced support and services to businesses. Finally, Song Bin, Chief Engineer of the company, announced plans to establish a dedicated platform through collaborative efforts between the university and industry, fostering seamless communication and exchange with cutting-edge domestic technologies and elite talent.
