On December 19, the annual work conference for the chairpersons and general managers of subsidiaries under HAGG was held in the conference room of Hangzhou ADVANCE Forging Co., Ltd. Attendees included Mao Jianrong, Chairman of HAGG, Feng Guang, General Manager, and other leaders from the group, as well as executives from ten subsidiary companies, including ADVANCE Forging. The meeting reviewed the performance of each subsidiary in 2014 and set forth the production and business objectives for the coming year.

Forward Forging, Forward Casting, Forward General, Forward Masen, Forward Heavy Machinery, Forward Coupling, Forward Trading Company, Forward Testing Company, and Shaoxing Forward—representatives from Hangwei Ke Company reported their companies' 2014 production and business performance and outlined their plans for next year’s operational goals. Company leaders and representatives engaged in a lively exchange and discussion, ultimately finalizing the production and business targets for each subsidiary company for the coming year.

General Manager Feng Guang briefed the attendees on Hangzhou Gear Forward's production and business performance in 2014, and outlined the company's plans for the coming year. He expressed his appreciation for the achievements made by each subsidiary, while emphasizing the need for closer collaboration: subsidiaries and the company headquarters should increase their exchanges, communication, mutual understanding, and support for one another. The headquarters, he added, should do its utmost to assist subsidiaries in overcoming challenges and strengthening grassroots management, while subsidiaries, in turn, should fully cooperate in fulfilling the various tasks and requirements set forth by the headquarters. Additionally, he urged everyone to further enhance internal management and external market strategies—specifically focusing on advancing information-based management and lean production internally, while actively exploring new markets externally.

Chairman Mao Jianrong congratulated and thanked each subsidiary for achieving impressive results despite the challenging economic environment in 2014. After highlighting the unique strengths of each company, Chairman Mao emphasized: "We must closely follow General Secretary Xi’s directives and swiftly embrace the new normal—whether in our mindset or in our daily work—by fostering innovation and relentless effort. We need to uplift our spirits, bolster our confidence, and cultivate a positive, forward-looking atmosphere that encourages us to expand our core business, optimize our investment structure, and enhance profitability. Additionally, we must prioritize investments in product reliability testing, strengthen process validation, and step up employee education and training. As subsidiaries and the headquarters jointly craft the '13th Five-Year Plan,' we should align our efforts in areas such as IT integration, reinforcing the rigor of production planning, and enhancing financial oversight across all subsidiaries. Moreover, we must ensure strict compliance with the *Work Safety Law*, the *Environmental Protection Law*, and the *Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Law*. I am confident that, with everyone’s collective dedication, Hangchi’s future will only get brighter."

During the meeting, company leaders and representatives from various subsidiaries also visited the production site of Hangzhou ADVANCE Forging Co., Ltd.
