The 2014 Asia International Power Transmission and Control Technology Exhibition was held from October 27 to 30 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center, where our company participated as a leading player in the domestic gear industry.
The "exhibits" displayed at the trade show include complete machines and components.
1. Complete Machines: 1. YH350 Hydrostatic Transmission Gearbox; 2. 4ZF320/1 Transfer Case; 3. DB180 Tractor Power Shift Gearbox; 4. LT99 Elevator Reducer (Items 1–4 are the company’s new products); 5. 06 Marine Gearbox [The gearbox housing is made from AZ91D magnesium alloy die-cast, an eco-friendly, energy-saving, and green material].
II. Components: 1. Clutch components from the imported GWC series; 2. YOX650 hydraulic coupling; 3. High-speed impeller; 4. WG180/181 torque converter assembly; 5. ZL40 two-shaft assembly (with large overrunning clutch); 6. WG180/181 torque converter oil pump assembly. (Notably, items 1–3 attracted significant attention at the exhibition.)
At the exhibition, after reviewing the "Contract Manufacturing" sample, a client from a Shanghai-based company expressed strong interest in the company's self-designed test bench, and technical discussions on specific parameters are currently underway. Meanwhile, Hangzhou Gear Industry made an impressive showing at the event by adopting a specialized approach tailored to niche markets, combining cutting-edge hardware and software solutions. The company highlighted its robust advantages, including modular gear manufacturing capabilities, highly refined gear heat-treatment processes, flexible box-body machining techniques, and an extensive product portfolio—solidifying its position as a leader among China's top-tier gear manufacturers with proven expertise and outstanding performance!
