On March 7, the Zhejiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission organized a special project acceptance meeting in Xiaoshan, Hangzhou, focusing on the innovation capacity-building initiative of the National-level Enterprise Technology Center at HAGG. Attendees included leaders from the Xiaoshan District Development and Reform Bureau, as well as experts from Zhejiang University and Zhejiang Industrial University. A dedicated project acceptance team was also established during the meeting. At the meeting, the acceptance team listened to a detailed report on the company’s project construction progress, reviewed relevant documentation, and conducted an on-site inspection. After thorough discussions and inquiries, the team concluded that the project documentation was complete, the tasks approved by the National Development and Reform Commission had been fully accomplished, and the project had successfully passed specialized inspections covering environmental protection, fire safety, and archival management. Furthermore, an audit confirmed that the project investment was fully secured, and the use of government subsidy funds adhered to all applicable national regulations. Finally, following successful trial operation assessments that met the design requirements, the team unanimously agreed to approve the project's completion and acceptance.

The implementation of the project enabled HAGG to establish independent R&D platforms for product design simulation, inspection and testing, as well as comprehensive performance testing of complete machines. This breakthrough addressed the critical technical bottleneck of insufficient design, testing, and inspection capabilities for large-scale transmission systems, significantly enhancing the company's R&D and testing capabilities in advanced gear-driven devices such as large marine gearbox systems and megawatt-class wind turbine gearboxes. As a result, the company’s technology center has seen a remarkable boost in innovation capacity, placing its R&D and testing expertise firmly at the forefront of the domestic industry.
