In early November, entrusted by the Zhejiang Provincial Economic and Trade Commission, the Xiaoshan District Bureau of Economic Development hosted a new product technology appraisal meeting for the HCT1100 marine gearbox and the HC7S-85 automotive transmission gearbox at the Xiaoshan International Hotel. Attendees listened to reports on prototype production summaries, product testing, user testimonials, economic benefit analyses, production readiness assessments, and novelty searches, while also reviewing relevant documentation. The meeting successfully approved the new product technologies, concluding that both products have reached domestically leading technological standards.

The HCT1100 marine gearbox is primarily designed for large trawlers, offering advantages such as an optimized hydraulic piping system, high modularity, exceptional reliability, a wide range of reduction ratios, smooth operation, and substantial load-bearing capacity.

The HC7S-85 automotive transmission is designed for heavy-duty vehicles and features seven forward gears, a high reduction ratio, low noise levels, exceptional reliability, smooth operation, and high output torque—among other advantages.

Both of these products were listed as Zhejiang Provincial-level New Industrial Product Development Projects in 2007. The product prototypes have undergone prototyping, testing, and approval after being reviewed and certified by relevant institutions, meeting the requirements outlined in national standards and the project’s design specifications. Their introduction to the market is expected to yield significant economic and social benefits.
