The company has successfully developed and prototyped the GWH45.49 gearbox, which features reverse, clutch, reduction, and the ability to withstand propeller thrust—all independently researched and designed by the company. This product is intended for use in specialized vessels, and two units were delivered to customers on December 16, marking its official launch into the market.
The GWH45.49 gearbox features a horizontal, non-coaxial design between the input and output shafts, with a welded housing structure. All transmission components are meticulously engineered and manufactured to exacting standards, ensuring reliable quality. The successful prototype development of this gearbox further enhances the product lineup of the GW family, while also opening up new business opportunities for the company.
