Recently, the BJ220 logging machinery gearbox, manufactured by HAGG under contract, was successfully integrated with its main unit and delivered along with the complete vehicle to a foreign end-user. The successful development of this gearbox marks another significant breakthrough for Hangchi's engineering products in a specialized market segment, providing crucial support to accelerate the localization and substitution of logging machinery equipment.
The BJ220 transmission features an internal hydraulic clutch design, ensuring stable power output even under sudden high-torque impacts. It also enables seamless switching between the vehicle’s two-wheel-drive and four-wheel-drive modes via a toothed clutch mechanism, guaranteeing uninterrupted power delivery from the transmission system. As a core component for transmitting power in logging vehicles, this transmission is perfectly suited to handle challenging operating conditions—such as rugged terrains, heavy-load operations, and frequent start-stop scenarios—making it ideal for use in a wide range of construction vehicles, including logging trucks and integrated harvesting and transportation vehicles.
