On May 22, 2019, the Xiaoshan District Employees' Technical Association held its annual work conference. During the meeting, the list of winners for the "2018 Employee Technological Innovation Achievements" was announced and recognized, and our company's project, "Reform of the Duplex Arrangement Method for the YH350 Test Bench," proudly made the list.
The YH350 hydrodynamic transmission is a flagship product of HAGG, specifically designed to supply rail vehicles for the railway sector. It is the only domestically produced hydrodynamic transmission that has successfully replaced imported models. This transmission is supplied in large quantities, and customers demand exceptionally high-quality standards. As a result, rigorous factory testing procedures are implemented, featuring complex test configurations. Innovatively designed, the transmission incorporates two pulleys mounted on dual sensors, fundamentally shifting the conventional layout approach. By arranging the test stations in a compact, overlapping configuration—stacked vertically—this design boosts station precision to within millimeters. Importantly, this setup allows for the seamless execution of two distinct operational tests without altering the existing station structure. Consequently, test efficiency is doubled, energy consumption is reduced by approximately one-third, and overall factory productivity is significantly enhanced, ensuring timely delivery schedules.
